Thanks Maddie for sharing this meal prep video and debunking the misconception that vegans don't get enough protein. Yes, there's plenty sources of protein for vegans and haven't heard of protein deficiency. Love 🥰 the video.
Absolutely corrected. I’m getting too much protein on my WFPB lifestyle. I have to hit the gym few times a week and toss some weights around so none go to waste.
Great meal prep video 🥰 thanks for sharing. After working in the fitness industry for over two decades this is such a controversial topic. It's one of the reasons I went vegetarian as an experiment to see if I could avoid meat to stay fit healthy and strong as at the time I had a few vegetarian clients among the meat eaters. After doing that for quite a few years it led me to researching a vegan diet and starting out a few years ago. I get enough protein from my diet to train every day and have never looked back! 💪
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 You’re such an inspiration! That’s so awesome you can attest to it from personal experience. 💕 I may need to hire you for beach body next summer. 😝😝
It does to me too when I make crepes. I think the pan is supposed to be hot and cold. When they make Indian dosa they sprinkle cold water before they pour the batter on the hot pan.
Thanks Adrienne! Besides with quinoa & on pizza I like to use it in breakfast scrambles (it’s great with JUSTEgg vegan egg!), in baked beans, in tacos or burritos, in chili, as a salad topper, etc! 🤩🤩
Love your tips! Your channel helps me out a lot, thank you Did not know that you can freeze pizza dough, have you got the recipe of that, or a link go the video? Thank you so much!
You’re so welcome and so glad you’re finding the vids helpful! 🤗 Here is the pizza dough recipe: www.recipetineats.com/pizza-dough-recipe/#wprm-recipe-container-45918 Sometimes I will swap the oil for water if you’re oil free you can do that, although it does help to use an oil spray in the bowl for rising. 😊😊 Freeze it after the first rise and then let it thaw overnight in the fridge before using or just on the counter for couple hours. Enjoy!
@@LetsEatPlants I haven’t tried the steam setting. Use a basket or trivet to elevate the halved corn from the water. 4 minutes on high pressure and a must is immediate pressure release.
OK GIRL this tofu “ chorizo “ is A MUST SOOOOO GOOD growing up we would have the “ real” stuff eww 😷 lol Well I can’t judge lol but we would actually have this on a fresh bun with butter “ TRY!
Ooooh! I love a challenge! While I don't personally agree that soy isn't healthy, I think it would be fun to do a soy-free one, because there are plenty of non soy protein options! Will work it into the schedule next month. 🤩🤩 Thanks for the suggestion!
@@LetsEatPlants thank you so much! If you have a hormonal imbalance like pcos, fibroids etc, as a female, soy is something you have to stay away from. That's why I asked 🙂

Thanks David!! 😊😊 Yep! Plenty of protein. 😋😋

Love how simple it is. Thank you, Maddie!
Sometimes I just gotta keep it simple for my own sanity! Hahaha glad you enjoyed. 🤗🤗

Great ideas. Love simple meal prep for different tasty food.
Simple has been my jam lately!!! 😆😆 Glad you enjoyed. 🤗
Great tips and I never thought about the instant pot for quinoa and pasta!
My favorite way to cook them both! 🤗🤗
Love the fact that you are using the Instant Pot - I use them all the time for food prep. Thanks for sharing this video! :)
It's hands-down my favorite kitchen tool! Glad you enjoyed the vid. 🤗🌱
I am going to do the soup tonight. Thank you sooo much for these wonderful ideas.
Yay! You’re so welcome! 🤗💕🌱

Ahh good tip! Thank you 😃
Hey Maddie! Great video! Love your recipe on tofu chorizo crumble. What other combination do you like to use it besides quinoa?

Amazing Maddie!
Aww thank you! 🤗💕
Do you let the instant pot depressurise itself for the quinoa or do a quick release?
Yes, I let it come down naturally. (Takes about 15 mins.) I find it makes a fluffier quinoa! 🤗🤗
Have you tried cooking corn on the cob in the instant pot? So good. But you HAVE to do a quick release or it tastes boiled.
I haven’t! How long do you cook it for? And do you use the steam setting? 🤩🤩
@@LetsEatPlants I haven’t tried the steam setting. Use a basket or trivet to elevate the halved corn from the water. 4 minutes on high pressure and a must is immediate pressure release.
Yup 2 minutes and ur done. I just turn the keep warm off and pressure dissipates quite quickly.
@@_josephbogdan_ Awesome! I’ll give it a try. Thanks! 🤩
@@LetsEatPlants Dint forget to use the trivet do not put in water.
Love this video! Protein is so important and incorporating more is never a bad idea :)
Aww thank you! Totally agree. 🤗🤗

Hahaha yess, it's delish! May not taste lie the real stuff, but it's still so good. 😄😄 On a fresh bun!? Yummm!
@@LetsEatPlants yep had it yesterday! Oh wow it was just unstoppable 😅😀 try it seriously 😳
I would actually like to see you do a healthy high protein Vegan meal prep that's also soy-free because isn't the healthiest

@@maryb868 Ahhh gotcha! Ok happy to do it. ☺️☺️
Have you tried seitan? It a good meat substitute, and it's not soy, it's made from wheat gluten.
@@davidsheriff9274 thanks for your recommendation but I'm also Gluten-free lol
Is there really a B vitamin that doesn't occur in the plant kingdom?
Just B12 I believe!
