Same for me. Submitted a ticket a week and a half ago. No response. Purchased from Sweetwater. No way to redeem the product. Says my email is already in use. I do have your products but don’t recall having an account. Can’t reset password. Can’t access whatsoever.
Seeing him have to add a sync point made me decide to not bother trying this plugin. Just do the manual work if you gotta do work in this plugin anyway...
