First of all, Reimu doesn't know who's the god of her shrine (dialogue after beating the first boss in MoF) Then, the Hakurei Shrine was the only one present in Gensokyo before the arrival of the Moriya Shrine, so it must protect the barrier. And barrier/ boundaries are part of Yukari's influence. Then, we can see that Reimu is dressed in red, while Yukari is dressed in violet. Those are the two colors at the border of visible light. And, when Tenshi tried to make the Hakurei Shrine her shrine, Yukari got like real mad and beated her ass. Plus, in Gensokyo gods are just youkais that feed on faith rather than fear. So yeah, there are many hints. (Sorry for the poor English, I'm Italian)
I love this theme. Still and will always be the best Reimu theme. But I think the original Seihou version and especially the CtC version are a bit better imo. (This sounds real different from the original...)
