I don't know what year this is from, but the tragedy, is that as of August 2013 NOTHING has changed from anything Larry says herein about the gay 'community' and the state of America and it's treatment of it's non-wealthy citizens. Gay men in particular are EXTREMELY apathetic about us as a community, here in Los Angeles. We lost Silverlake, and West Hollywood is slowly being invaded. I tried to fight to save us the last three years, but no one cared.
