I used google assistant for 1 day and i want to say that bixby is better. Bixby can control the watch and google can't. Example: I ask to google to take my heart rate and they show me an harvard information ahahaha!! Bixby in other hand open the watch system.

Technically you dont need to hold the button when talking to bixby. You can enable voice wake up and continuous speech and youll be able to say "Hi Bixby followed by the question or and"
I was hyped for GA but it sucks. Its fail a lot when I need to make calendar event. Reminds btw are not vibrating and its a common bug known for years! Reminds and calendar works pretty good on Bixby. Anway, Bixby is not able to google anything. Nice comparation, thanks!
Thanks for the comparison. I too use both. I think that is the way to go. I use the voice wake up Google "Hey Google" and the button for Bixby. This way you gain from Google assistant and keep those features that Bixby does better or can't be done with Google assistant using a Samsung phone, or Samsung features.
Had to stop at first question. Who is the president of Australia. Just make sure you have a browser installed on your watch. Like the samsung browser. It shows the results for me.

Hello and thanks! It uses the main settings from the phone. You can change it in the settings on your phone and it will change it for all your devices including your watch.
Strangely enough it prompts you to install Google translate. When you try to install it it tells you that version is not compatible with this watch. So I think right now it is not working.

The reason why both failed on "President of Australia" is because there is no president in Aus. That maybe why both failed.

Turning off Bixby voice activation makes Google assistant a little faster.

NO there is no president in Australia. For a laugh, I asked GA the same question and it told me that Australia has a Prime Minister and who he is.
Australia doesn't have a president he or she is called a prime minister. Same in Great Britain
Can you ask the assistant to translate to Spanish

It is funny when I say this on my phone every light in the house turns on. Have not tried it on the watch.
