Tibet was an independent country. So India and China technically don't share any border. China invaded Tibet in 1950s and the world slept on that issue. Hence China became India's neighbour and looks to capture more territory. China has border disputes with 18 countries.

My point is that it'd be a folly to judge India through a lens of your relationship with Russia .
      They broke apart Pakistan .
India was helped by Russia when they needed it .
Besides they can't have Russia get dependent upon China .
However , when it comes to people to people contact , Indians are very close to the US . Indian Americans are the wealthiest ethnic group in the west above even native Americans.
      Google , Microsoft , Starbucks , FedEx , You tube ,
Adobe , IBM etc all have Indian American CEOs .
It's perhaps the only power in the world which truly observes the concept of
" Strategic Autonomy " to the extent it can be observed .
Indians simply balk at the concept of alliance .
By doing this they keep clear of any international power hierarchy .
Their sheer size affords them this luxury , you know .

Basically India and china donot share any border. It is Tibet and India that share their borders.

I say that at the start of EVERY SINGLE video (now in 100s) and still people like to explain it how they fits them. This just means people don't ever listen and just go with their own narrative. I even have it in my bio - but of course noone cares to check it out. This channel is about MY learning about India and my 'uneducated' views. In 2020 there was a clash between india and China. In late May, Chinese forces objected to Indian road construction in the Galwan river valley. According to Indian sources, melee fighting on 15-16 June 2020 resulted in the deaths of Chinese and Indian soldiers. Media reports stated that soldiers were taken captive on both sides and released in the coming few days while official sources on both sides went on to deny this. On 7 September, for the first time in 45 years, shots were fired along the LAC, with both sides blaming each other for the firing. Indian media also reported that Indian troops fired warning shots at the PLA on 30 August. The Chinese have claimed Tibet as part of Chinese territory as the Dalai Lama fled Tibet and lives in India. China has border disputes with 23 countries while it shares borders with only 12. So this gives you an idea why China wants to corner more territory, it's expansionist mindset.

Tibet was a seperate ciuntry till it was annexed by china , china itself is not as big as it is today in the map it has annexed many whole countries and some partially , it still has intention to further its border , thats communist policy , its prevalent in islamic policy hence they are best of friends till only 2 of them are left . Why did you exist as Czechslovakia till recently ? And we are blessed to be surrounded bybthese predatory ideologies . In 2020 they tried to occupy our land in middle of night were stopped by our soldiers and scuffle ensued people where pushed of cliffs and fell in river froze or drowned . We lost 20 they acknowledged last year only of 4 losses but evidence is of anywhere from 45 to 110 chinese killed and xlaimed by both US and russians .

    Hi Zuzana
That's why we need hard trusting countries wich can stand with us and same when we can stand for them. Now Pakistan and china is too much excited to invade Indian territory. Little bit Bangladesh normal people wanted to invade India so we have Nepal, Bhutan, sri lanka as good brother and their people also give service in our army's so we protect them. Where as china , Pakistan leadership and army want to invade India. Besides you see the normal people not want to do so. When you see Pakistani, Chinese, Indian people together you feel how they are good friends but army and political parties have those invader mindset to show their Wonder on election. For Pakistan and china we have Russia and Israel. We can not get arms and emulations from Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka because they are depends on our army.china had border dispute with 14 countries just imagine. Now you think difference between Russia and china. Russia don't want NATO countries on their borders just for this reason they did aggression on Ukraine. But china want to capture the world now a days they are just focus on 14 south asian countries. Thank God chaina don't have war equipment as much as Russia have otherwise USA is nothing in front of china. China easily demand to capture lots of countries around the world immediately world will see the Chinese detector influence just like North Korea dictator. They will damn launching nuclear weapons all around the world. Just because India and Russia are best friends that's why they are feel scared. We have to do best military development although we don't want to but you know now it should be compulsory. They are already invade keyrgistan, kzakistan, magnolia ,laos, myanmar, Tajikistan, India, north Korea, russia and currently still dispute running with Russia, India, japan, Philippines, bhutan, Taiwan, Vietnam many more now you tell me who is more dangerous. Until COVID-19 USA continues invest in china as an manufacturing hub for their companies despite they know this problem. Now USA start focusing to stopped aggrasion. Some time i thought human should behave like an animal no border no identities 😅i don't understand why animal and bird all over the world have same character while only human said my culture is like this and that. How 🤭 just because we have brain and vice group of people make rules for the same group than create countries and differences. From bottom of the heart i want world should be a one countries no need of any differences even though lots of religion and faith we have one route in which we can teach to all the children's same rules and regulations and One comman languageand one currency all over the world.that is school and college. Than maybe be possible world dispute will be zero.

It was a clash high up in the mountains in which the Indian troops clashed with the Chinese PLA troops and a lot of soldiers died . In a place called Galwan .
In a fight that lasted all night long .
An Australian think tank recently released a detailed report on that clash and put the Chinese fatality count at 40. Many soldiers dropped into a river and froze to death .
A Russian TASS report said that 42 Chinese were killed and US agencies too hold that view .
The Clash was hand to hand with clubs , rods and everything but what soldiers are supposed to use .
Anyways , that was the last one where deaths happened and it changed a lot of things .
China made a permanent enemy .
Although India and China still trade .
