Cobra at that point didn't have motion sickness, just like Gajeel and Wendy. From what Dragon slayers get motion sickness because of how their bodies change due to the magic(their dragonisation) Natsu has it from the first episode but we don't see it in anyone else, it's not until GMG that we see Gajeel now has it along with Sting and get confirmation that Rogue and Laxus have it. Then at some point during the 1 year time skip, both Wendy and Cobra get their motion sickness. Hope this helps
