Simulated single-engine operations in a multi-engine can challenge your skills but adding a GPS approach requires detailed attention to staying ahead of the aircraft. In this weeks video I show you a simulated single-engine GPS approach RWY 36 at Ocala in the Tecnam.

I was holding my breath the whole time! I will definitely watch this video a few more times because there are many verbal and non-verbal lessons taught in this video.

Great job and video Jason! I love the the camera setup on and in y’all’s Tecnam! Happy New Year to you, your lovely family, M0A staff and of course the entire M0A family as well! Never forget to give thanks for how blessed we all are!

Another awesome video Jason! As I’m just nearing my solo for my PPL, this video is a bit outside of my current focus for my eventual check-ride, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The goal is to transition directly into instruments after I complete my PPL so I’ll revisit this video as I progress further in my training.
    Thanks again!

Hands down my favorite GA aircraft. Very cool video and super informative. Now if I only had my ticket and a spare couple hundred grand in the bank! 🤣

I'm not a pilot, but i try to always be learning:-), so why did it look like you were turning the wheel to the left if the left engine was dead? I thought that the wing on the dead engine side should be something like four degrees higher than the good side. BTW, great view from the top of the tail showing the correction for the non linear engine thrust. You made it look easy, but it was still exciting.

Great single engine inop. A great variation would be a single engine miss with hold as published

Nice video Jason. What are you using to capture audio? Is that a GoPro hero 7 Black? Noticed you had something plugged into the 3.5 mm jack on the adapter. Maybe you can make a video on how you setup your camera and audio. Love theses videos.

Great video! I noticed on your approach plate you made a note of 17 (1,700') at the FAF and 380 at the airport. Shouldn't the airport note have been 280?

Jason, your Tecnam doesn't have TCAS.

Hi Jason. I am interested in joining your Ground School. I tried the link above and it did not work for me. Just thought I would let you know. Thanks.

single engine empty and stuggling to gain back a ball doesn't say much for the plane

Boy you didn't feather the prop. I didn't get seriously. I'm off from my flight in tecnam rn. I feather the dead engine.
