Bhupiji, you transported me to my childhood days spent in North Delhi. There used to be a weekly market on Wednesdays( budh bazar) where a young fellow used to sell crisp tikki chaat which would be the star of the market. People queued up for that stuff! Aaj aapki recipe or vidhi dekh usski yaad aa gayi 50 saal baad. Mooh mein flood aa gaya! Hum buddoh par raham karo chef! 😂
