i really hope we do get a season 2 soon. i mean, they can't just call it quits here and expect us to just stick with the novel from here on out. that'd just be a total dick move on their part. i know Japan really likes to do shit like this every once in a while, but i really think Makeine deserves to make a comeback with a second season.

I thought there would be no s2 when I heard that the last anime episode will be original. But since I watched it and read the vol 4 and 5, I think there is still chance for S2 since the last anime episode isnt conflicted with the source material.
They probably just dont want the anime to catch up with the source material since each volumes requires 3-4 anime episode adaptation. But for now the LN itself is still at vol 7

unfortunetly there will be no season 2 it's a marketing strategy to produce high quality animation and never follow up so you buy the light novels instead. If you want to enjoy the story you going to have to read and imagine the animation in your head.

this is the first time I saw this video for 3 months, I didn't sesrch anything about the season 2 in youtube only st reddit, because I hella cried out of it and suddenly lost hope on finding a soure, but now to think of it, the vol 8 is now released so Im thinking the author is up to something before naking an anime for season 2, what if it will be a 24ep s2, thats what Im thinking.
I got here today because I just dreamed about too many losing heroine(makeine), I thought I was with them for a moment, and when I woke up Im crying again.
makeine really is the best anime, because Im still a high schooler and Im an like nukumizu before meeting anna and the girls.
thats all I hope for a season 2 this year 2025.

2025 or 2026 the Light Novel needs to Progress more but my estimation just my own opinion 18 to 19 LN and 5 to 6 seasons in anime just an estimate
