@@user-xg7fp8so9h yep. Stumbled on this as I got a Badlands and looking for accessories. No skid rails I can find online. Or even really any of these by 4WP. Maybe HRG and Rough Country beat them to it and they gave up.
Looks great! A fold down table on the tire rack and slide out storage for the kitchen is all it needs! I've been waiting for videos of these rigged up for overlanding, good job!
Sweet looking build. What did you do with the area where the non-full sized spare would go? Would love to have a link for those rock sliders, skid plates, and the badlands lift. Keep us in the loop on the rear wheel hitch improvements if you’re adding a table or bike rack!
What did you guys do to help support all of the extra weight on the vehicle? I know they can only have cargo capacity of a little over 1000 pounds, so what did you do to make that weight bearing better?
I like the indoor storage accessories the most. Internal snowboard and ski racks would be amazing because the exterior ones tempt people to try to steal your stuff. Not to mention snowboard bindings are only held on the board with screws.
All that rooftop gear stays under the dynamic weight limit set by Ford? I still can’t figure out if my weight limit is 100# or 150#. The BL+BL has a moon roof but the owners manual says the dynamic weight limit is 100# on the roof with the “panoramic roof” which a moon roof is not?
Some of Ford's nomenclature on the Bronco Sport is confusing. I think it's pretty dumb to offer a "Badlands" package as an upgrade to a Badlands Sport. Our Badlands Sport was ordered without the badlands package because we didn't think the upgraded interior, moon roof, and B&O stereo were worth another $3k.
My wife went to a 4WP location this morning inquiring about some of these mods. The store was great and the personnel were very nice, but she left with her stock Badlands Sport in stock configuration and without any idea of when any of these things would be available. She also left with our bank account "un modded" but we really want a lift, tires, roof rack, trailer hitch, awning, and lights..
Would of been nice to see the switch inside for the exterior lights! Have a first edition and absolutely would not put the spare tire rack on mine, think it should be refined more and not lose your tow hookup.
I understand that the tire carrier is designed for the bronco sport but would it not fit anything with a 2 inch receiver??? I'd love one for my Suburban
So if the roof rack supports only 150 pounds ( as I understand), how does one grown adult sleep in the roof-mounted tent without causing damage? What am I missing?
Will there ever be any aftermarket rims for these that stick out on the sides??? All I seem to find "fit your vehicle" are flush with the sides. An annoying reminder that the Bronco Sport shares the same platform as a Ford Escape. Us Bronco Sport owners want a more aggressive look. Please help!
Seems nobody has an answer so I'll try an expert. What do you think the biggest tire on a stcok Outer Banks Sport? I am ok with a 1" spacer or such? What is the exact lift you used? Thanks!
That was interesting as I’m considering a compact suv for weekend camping etc…I still think I may try to find a Honda Element because they are roomy enough to sleep inside the vehicle and still have room for your stuff but this is an interesting option
You should checkout the rigd ultraswing www.rigdsupply.com/products/rigd-ultraswing-hitch-carrier-multi-fit. I ordered one a few weeks ago for my sport, still waiting for it to come in but it has additional features like a table mount
Why have a tent on the roof rather than on the ground? Awkward needing a ladder too. And in cold weather the ground would be warmer than the air. I set up my tent for a few days and want to be able to drive my vehicle without it.

Keep us in the loop when those rock sliders, skid plates, and the badlands lift are available or link for them
Agreed
i want those rock sliders but a couple of years later and i still can't find them on their site. this is disappointing

Was looking for a skid plate for my Bronco sport so glad to see one that looks this good
Looks great! A fold down table on the tire rack and slide out storage for the kitchen is all it needs! I've been waiting for videos of these rigged up for overlanding, good job!
I want the spare tire rack. I love it, how can I get it!!!!!
We have lifted 3 Bronco spots at our dealership and did the bigger tires and fender flares! They’re awesome! Great job Bronco team!
can i fit 245/70/17s?

Can’t find any of the parts on your website where can I find the rock slides and other parts
@bronconation @4wp Will the tire mount option ever be made so you can have this feature but also still use the hitch to pull a trailer?
Looking nice and rugged with the bigger tires and small lift. Not to mention the full size tire in the back.
backmounted tire is dope
What did you guys do to help support all of the extra weight on the vehicle? I know they can only have cargo capacity of a little over 1000 pounds, so what did you do to make that weight bearing better?
Are you guys going to be offering the skid plate, sliders, and tire carrier?
Cost for the aftermarket gear?
I was on the 4WP website and there doesn't appear to be a section for the Bronco Sport, just the Bronco?
Can you show in more detail the second axle points of the spare tire grid?.... Thanks !!!!!
whats the weight of that rooftop tent?
How does the tent sit around the shark fin antenna?
Who was in charge of filming the interior scene? We got zero views of the switches he was talking about
They don't want you to have a close up view of the cheaply looking parts used to build this wannabe Bronco
@@michaelh5055 geez lol

Is there only a 1" space on the front and nothing on the rear? Or do you have the 1" spacer on both? Thanks!
No links for the accessories?
Is there a way to add the trail sights (tie downs) on the hood on the bronco sport?
Not that we are aware of. The hood design doesn't have cutouts for them like the big Bronco does.
So the 245/70/17S wont rub with a lift?

please let us know as soon as those rock sliders/skids/rear tire mount are available!
would this work for a Bronco Sport Outer Banks?
Yeah for sure buying some of these accessories!
Whatever happened to the backup camera, since now it’s covered up by the spare tire?

They don't really support the Bronco Sport. This video is a misguided ad, at best.
@@crazycarl00 her Bronco Sport is still stock. It's a great car but damn 😳
@@mattb4rd Rough country has some stuff available.
Where can I find these add on's to the Sport, lift kit, awning, lighting, roof top tent?

the spare needs to mount differently because the hitch mounted means u cant use recever for anything else
I'd love to see a custom bumper with a spare mount so that we keep access to the hitch.

Awesome little SUV

Assuming the spare wheel on the back blocks the backup camera
Sweet!
How can we contact them? They don’t seem to be responding any of the comments. I’m thinking about going to the closest 4WP
This looks great but would also liked to have seen what it looked like before everything was unpacked and set up.
Any link?

Need part numbers
Definitely a rad sport!
Would like some on that hitch mounted swing out
Could we please get an in-depth comparison between the two door and four door full-size Broncos?
We will see what we can do! Great suggestion!
Need to put the white letter tires out to see
Love it! Is this filmed in Moab, UT? Looks like Dead Horse Point/Canyonlands National Park.
Interested in skid plate and camping box. Great execution and designs
In my opinion it would look a lot better with some Toyo Open Country R/T or M/T tires and wheels with slight more offset.
Will need fuel can storage.
Its to bad they don’t sell any if the aftermarket accessories that they installed on this bronco sport
Please Please Please sell the tire rack, I have been wanting to do this since I decided to buy the sport.

4WP doesn't even list the Bronco Sport in their supported models on their site. What a disappointment.
I kinda like the sport now, at first i hated it, i wouldn't buy one but i dont hate it anymore lol

But I will buy a fully loaded Bronco Sport Badlands anyway.
That isn’t new and A LOT of overlanders use that kind of tent to avoid rain runoff and critters plus its darn comfortable.
