I’ve got my Sabertrio Saber on retour, because my speaker has been broken by some hurtful font, but I’m certain yours are well optimized. I hope it’ll return soon..

Yep, I'm on about to be on my third Sabertrio speaker so I'm extra cautious with my fonts. I actually made a note in the README about how I optimized the fonts, for example, I actually cut most of the bass out of the accent swings so that when it plays over the smooth swings, there's not a huge overlap of bass while still sounding heavy and full. The stock Sabertrio fonts have really heavy swings that go way over the limit of the speaker when played over the smooth swing since it's bass on bass. I love the light and vengeance but they are too heavy for the speaker, in my opinion. Even the powerons- if you drop the light ignitions into a DAW you'll see the true peak goes above 0db (the ceiling of audio), which means it goes above the limit and clips. anyway, I also just keep my volume at 6-7 clicks now. Full volume hurts my ears anyway!

I’ve had my first on 10 because i didn’t know how to handle my saber with care, then the first speaker broke and after i got it repaired (not replaced) i put it on a constant 4 and STILL it broke again, now I’ll be fit with one of their new speakers, which hopefully wont detonate like the rest of them and I’ll keep it on like 5 probably..

Hey man, is it possible you could help me out with this maybe, I have a question about the config settings for the parameters “Vol” and “Menu Vol” in CFX
I set Vol=10 but when I pick up the saber and put the volume output to 3 manually with the saber menu, it alters the vol to (vol=30), is that normal? Also my menu is super loud and i can’t influence how loud it is, even with the “menu vol” parameters, because it always resets to a 10.
I don’t like it when the saber is super loud, but i can’t change a thing about it, because it goes to each the equivalent of the number input, the menu is on (3=30, 4=40, 7=70, etc.
This way, when i turn my saber to a 7 and back to a 1, level one will be still way loud, because it’s multiplied by the (vol=70)
I want to avoid damage to the speaker as much as possible, because I also am on my third speaker by this point, so I went to the special file and set the general volume output to 50 instead of 70 now I have the problem that the vol scaling, as mentioned before, is still happening even though the sound is indeed less loud, but therefore has come the new problem, that i can’t dictate over the sound loudness no more with the manual saber menu, because for some reason, all audio levels are treated equally and have the identical audio output, so I can’t switch it up or down, when i would like to on the move..
This is all extremely frustrating and depressing to me, so I would most appreciate to hear your view/ideas 🙏🏼

So questions or ya. I finally got my saber and while the font works and sounds great I’m not getting the cool boot sound or any of the quotes. I have a one button golden harvest, what do I need to do to activate those sounds?
@@adam53629 hey! I actually just got a golden harvest saber as well and noticed the same thing. Not all the sounds are playing like it does on CFX or Proffie. I’m need to get more acquainted with the board so I will keep you posted!

@@dartheddie245 I appreciate your concern Eddie. First of all, my speaker in my saber blew out. Sabertrio convinced me to wait for new upgraded speakers so I ended up waiting 3 months (it’s finally getting shipped back to me this week). So I didn’t want to make any demos with a crackly, broken speaker. #2, This pandemic has been hard on my family and I seemed to develop a bad case of anxiety/panic disorder that was preventing me from having the mental stability to work. I’m being treated and I’m on my way back to feeling normal again but my progress has been slow the past few months. However, I have my next font almost finished :) and I’m ready to get back in the game. Thanks for caring, Eddie!!

Is that a Proffie thing? This was optimized for cfx so what you see here is what’s in the font package. There are clashes built in I’m not sure if I demo’d that in the video!

@@dendosmoonforge6105 battle mode is a mode you can activate for proffie where every swing deflects a blaster bolt.
@@Whiskey-10R none of the clashes has his voice over it, but it’s a good idea. If I ever update the font, I will add that!
@@dendosmoonforge6105 that's not what I meant I think it would ruin the font if you're using it for cosplay 😂 I want to use it for my OC with but I think if every clash had jar jar say something it would ruin it haha

Try mine on your saber and compare it with that one. You'll hear it's actually quite different! I would never plagiarize, for the record
