Dear AimZenix team! So i recently bought ur AimZenix blader for the ps5 But it doesn't seem to work on it ive followed the instructions of the guide u sent to me and i followed some videos. I just cant figure out how to make it work

Then connect the controller to the Xbox console using the cable. If the controller successfully connects, it indicates that the cable is a functioning data cable.
Hi Aimzenix Team, I have followed instructions but first that happens is the controller flashing red/orange when connected to the adapter. Other thing is that when trying to aim, I can't get fine movement of the cursor but it's like jittering. Tried to adjust the sensitivity via ctrl and/or shift button but it doesn't help. At least not for too long. It feels that the adapter kind of forgets the settings and resets. I have used original controller and data cable (tried 3 different). Games I have played were FarCry 5 and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Widlands. Console is PS4 Slim. Thanks for your help in advance.

Turn off the controller and reconnect it to the converter. 4. Ensure that the cable is connected to the data port of the BLADER[STRIKER PRO] and not the power port. 5. Try using a different USB port on the PS4 console. 6. Verify that the PS4 controller is an official, genuine controller. 7. Try using a different cable to connect the controller and the converter.
your controller should be connected to BLADER. In this case, connecting your headphones to the controller is pointless because BLADER does not have audio processing capability. You need to directly connect your headphone device to the console or the display screen

show me your controllers, the controller needs to be the original official, also the cable needs to be the data cable not the charging cable
