RZR S 1000 Front Diff Service

Replacing the Demand Drive Fluid in the front differential on a RZR S 1000. This was really quick and easy. It's important to do this yearly especially since these sometimes leak and get water intrusion.

How much fluid do you think it takes ?

Used about half a quart. I get two changes per quart for the front which takes demand drive fluid.

I put agl in trans & front🤦‍♀️

AGL in your front diff is gonna be rough on your demand drive. It works off of friction and the demand drive is a different viscosity and different additives.
