I prefer you without the heavy thick eyelashes. I just bought some organic castor oil for my skin, lashes and brows. It’s supposed to really improve the skin and thicken the lashes and brows. I recently started wearing earrings again and bought a million pairs from Amazon. xoxo Joan

Also take zinc and elderberry and drink water with fresh lemons, local raw honey a little every day, raw honey has phenomenal healing properties! Raw though not the cheap stuff. Add fresh garlic and purple onions to your food.

I kept a lot of letters from 50 years ago from my 2 sisters, I read them all a couple weeks ago and it was quite interesting. I could never get into the diary thing but I wish I had of.
I have so much temu stuff, I'm actually ordering temu storage solutions now. 😂 Thing is where do I store my storage until I use it. So now I need storage for my storage 😂

They are called witches bells, but were originally to scare off witches and bad spirits.
They clear negative energy when you ring them. You can put crystals or herbs in the little bottles to bring in energy like rose quartz for love, or lavender for a calm space. I love them. I make them myself ❤️❤️❤️

I thought I was too old for long hair when I was 25, I got a pixie cut. LOL. I grew it back out for years, now I’m 67 and back to a pixie cut.

I love your hair! Don’t cut it! I’m almost 60 and I have long hair. There’s no rule that says you should cut your hair as you get older. Also, take vitamin D3, lots of it! It will help you from getting sick. The majority of Americans are vitamin D deficient. I take it every day, along with getting as much sun as I can, along with a prenatal and zinc. I got the flu a couple of weeks ago for the first time in a long time. I was only sick for a couple of days. I never got COVID.
Be careful with vitamin D, make sure that you take K2 with it. I have taken vitamin D3 for years and started taking high amounts. The protocol I was following did not include K2 even though I knew to take it I was very hit and miss with it. I ended up collapsing, I couldn’t move. I ended up in hospital for a week. In the beginning I lost cognitive ability, i couldn’t even hold a glass. The Dr discovered through a blood test that my D was fatally high as was the calcium.
This was 7 months ago and I have to have regular blood tests to ensure my vitamin d and calcium levels are going down. My Drs said that they have never seen anyone with such high levels alive.
I have been very lucky, so be very careful.
