I was gifted a set of Chromatek brushes and I'm so excited to work with them. I'm used to watercolor pencils for fun and acrylic paint in my job of producing large lobby paintings for hotels. I can't wait to try these out. The colors are so brilliant!
@@Chromatek I have already rated and reviewed on Amazon. I will indeed inquire if there is anything I am unsure about, thanks for great customer service along with excellent art supplies
Wow! I think it's the hardest to take control of this medium and so it's a challenge for an artist like me who dwell so much with colored pencil medium, acrylic and oil. But, I'm excited to try on Chromatek and start the journey of learning and creating with watercolor pens. Thank you for this video and more power to your channel ❤
You can do it! 100% believe in you :D This one is super tricky and it's not so much about ending up with a perfect painting as getting used to the techniques. X
Oh this is hard but good to learn. Having trouble with the wet in wet effect. It doesn't seem to bleed like on the screen. Not sure if it's how much water I'm putting on.
It takes a lot of practice and this is easily the hardest tutorial. When I was learning to paint feathers like this it took me about 20 goes to get anything I was happy with. Keep going, you'll get there!
Went to sketching to acrylics but never dared water colour's now I use my own copy righted camera shots as one offs only in watercolour or acrylic. Yes I do charge a nominal fee due to materials and labour but as its friends on low income or benefits only thee acrylic ones aarree more costly as they need varnishing. But these pens gave me confidence to take it that far
Heyy i know im a bit late but i recently purchased these and im wondering if we have to use the same shade the whole of this painting or is it just one?
You can use the one shade if you like, or loads of colors! The focus of the tutorial is on the technique rather than the colors so please do what makes you happiest :D

These brush pens and the exquisite watercolor paper made me rediscover why I loved watercolors so much!
So happy to hear that! Please do make sure to rate us on Amazon too ;) And if you need any help don't hesitate to get in touch.

Practise makes perfect. Looks difficult but willing to give a go. The pens look amazing!
This one is the hardest of the beginners course. But don't worry, you got this! Practice does, indeed, make perfect!
Chromatek Pens It is fascinating to watch and definitely something to aspire to! 😍
I love these watercolor pens and the tutorials are very good.
This was bit challenging. Mine doesn’t look at all like yours. It looks it should for a beginner. I am happy with it. Thanks for the tutorial.❤

same
I think there might be a typo on the color used. I think it might be bright pink instead of light pink.

Well done! So stoked for you :D Keep up the good work!
Wow, I've always avoided water colours.....I'm amazed!
I've got to give this a go.

I couldn’t find the link to the alternate version on RUclips, could you share the link please?
Beautiful work
Beautiful
Very interesting looks like I wanna try Chromematek watercolor brushes
You should! They are awesome :D
what is best watercolor paper brand and weight to use to copy colored picture pages onto before using these markers
Chromatek watercolor paper for watercolor pens :D
I think the hue is suppose to be bright pink instead of light pink
Dommage que les sous-titres ne soient pas en français…
🤗🤗🌷🌷🌺🌺🤗🤗
This color is so soft I couldn’t use it to paint the feather. All pinks are basically useless
It’s super helpful when your hand blocks the view and I can just guess what you are doing. Thanks.
Um... ok that’s just RUDE!
Very rude
Maybe if you had half a brain you could figure it out like the rest of us. But the very least be thankful the tutorial is free and very helpful.
