The way i lost those matches frustrates me, Losing to aggressive playstyles that are in my opinion hard to counter as leo. it just sometimes feels like you have to just guess right and it becomes a coin toss idk.

danke dir aber ist noch viel luft nach oben. muss lernen wie man gegen einen aggressiven playstyle klarkommt. das fällt mir noch echt schwer in dem game.

Hey mate, don't get the frustration get to you. We are all in the dame boat. This game is often infuriating but what helps is taking a short break and playing while rested and in a good mood. Recently I plated while mad and sleepy and lost most of my ranked games. On a slide note I have a question about the wall combo you do so consistently. I mean the d1+2, 1+2 into stomp. Is there some timing envolved or am I missing something. Because for me when I place the opponent on the wall and immediately press d1+2, 1+2 it always wiffs as the oponent tech rolls. What am I nissing?
Yeah you are right. I have big mentality issues and i know that. With Videos like this i wanna show that even someone like me can lose his easily aswell. I just wanna show the people what im able to do and because of that im put too much pressure on myself. Its alright im over it already.
Talking about the wallcombo the important part is that the bok 1+2 hits very low on the wall. Its just before they are able to roll away from the wall. If you do it too early they are able to hold back and block the Stomp
@@Madara-en9oi I know exactly what you mean, this game is draining both physically and emotionally. It's vital to play it with a positive mindset and to take breaks as I mentioned. Treat yourself mate, the mental state is so important for both this game and life in general. Also know that we (your viewers) really appreciate the effort and time you put into these videos. Btw we are neighbors I think as I live in the Netherlands haha. Anyways thank you for the reply and the tip on the wall combo I'll try it immediately..cheers mate!

GGs! Any tips for playing vs characters with many plus frames and strong powercrushes? Leo's 1+2 powercrush is more or less unusable and her quicker lows are minus on hit lol. I still don't understand why qcf1 is -1 on hit.
Honestly speaking thats the issue im having myself right now. One of the reasons i lost in the tourney. One thing that helps a lot is just pressing 4 in the neutral as it gives knockdown on counterhit. Other then that with Leo you need patience and defense quiet a bit i feel like
Its -1 because it gives decent poke damage, is unseeable and is a counter hit heat engager with ws4,1+2. That being said if you find yourself being beat by people spamming ws4 or something on hit u can use b1+3 parry or kick parry and it'll catch people spamming on hit, minus frames aren't always a bad thing
As for always being minus vs characters like Steve or hworang u just have to be on point with your defense, duck highs, sidewalk strings and most importantly grabbing when you think they are gonna armor, my favorite grab on leo is 1+3 for many reasons but its a good disengage tool because if broken it resets your positions a little farther than starting round distance so you can get some breathing room, but if its not broken you get a guaranteed get up mix up between b2,4 if they hold back or get up, or bok 1+2 grounded hits if they stay down or side roll. They cannot block b2,4 on wakeup from that position if timed right but if you're worried about timing it wrong you can instead mix hellsweep on the wake up. That throw is one of my favorite tools even tho its a generic throw
Can you make a video on pickups off sabaki and moves like the second hit of qcf2,1 on CH? Would help a lot ✊🏽✊🏽

overall really good. tracking on heat bursts being way less was a good change. i feel like some character balancing is still needed on a few characters but we are going in the right direction. Leo changes are barely noticable besides the d1 change and the sabaki nerf does hurt leo but it is what it is.
