Midland is bringing back the real sound of Country Music ! ! None of that so called "hot new country" sound. Great musicians, great songs, and great harmony from Mark, Cameron, & Jess. Great CD, not a bad track on it.

This is that bittersweet moment as a Midland fan since first hearing Drinking Problem last year. We're in that moment in time right before they really blow up and you want them to be successful and go mainstream, but at the same time you want to be a selfish hipster and say I LOVED THEM BEFORE THEY WERE COOL. Because... I DID!!! Now the whole albums damn good and you know everybodys and there mommas gonna hear about it. At least now there might be some decent country on the radio lol
Reminds me of the that moment over 40 years when I knew the Eagles were gonna breakout. Their sound was so amazing, that unbelievable fusion of country and rock, that amazing sound, their beautiful harmonies , what a dejavous.
One of my many favorites on this album! Love the smooth sound. This is like a cross between the neo-traditional sound of George Strait and the early 80's Urban Cowboy sound of artists like the Bellamy Brothers, Johnny Lee, and Mickey Gilley.
Best damn country this generation will ever hear. I personally think it’s up there with the greats if not better. Their sound genuine and from the part of Texas I’m from, and man. Hits home ❤️
