Hello people, thank you for watching my video. I want to tell you that the state can do whatever it can to preserve its biodiversity. But, it is also OUR job as outsiders to preserve Nelong and its beauty. Be a responsible traveler, support Eco-Tourism, and respect the locals.
How long is the drive from the Harsil-Gangotri road to get to Gartang Gali? That part was not clear from the video. I also heard you need to only use authorised jeeps to get there and two-wheelers are not allowed, is that true?
Thank you Radhika for always taking us along your beautiful travel finds! I would definitely visit this part of India when I do visit India soon. Also it brings immense joy to hear my lost country's name-Tibet and thank god India hasn't changed the name of the border to Indo-China! I have never seen Tibet but I would want to visit places like this to feel how it must be on the other side. So, thank you so much.
Beautiful coverage of Harsil, Dharali, Nelong and Garhtang Gali. Thank you for bringing this place to more audiences. And thank you for adding comments about travelling responsibly Ever grateful 👍
Woowwww.. one of the raw experience I have ever seen.. without any filters.. you are such an authentic creator radhika. 🤩😍😍 Feels like I also wants to visit this place.. and live with locals..
Heard and read about Nelong Valley 3 years back.Good that it is now open.My urge to everyone who wants to visit this place to maintain the balance between nature and development...
Such beautiful people and places 😍😍😍🥺🥺 also whenever you are near some border area for me that video already becomes more interesting because of my interest in geo politics 😍 How do you do it each time? The storytelling is fantastic and has always been in your videos and big shoutouts to the fact that you always promote eco tourism ❤️❤️❤️ India is so so soooo beautiful and it is our responsibility to preserve our beautiful homeland 😍
Also this is the same route through which Austrian Mountaineer Heinrich Heller escaped to Tibet after being imprisoned by British forces at Dehradun. He shared his experience in his book 'Seven years in Tibet' which is now also a feature film starring Brad Pitt.
