The only right answer was Rich Froning. The reason Rogue and Reebok grew within CrossFit was because they were affiliated with Rich. The Mayhem brand currently delivers more CrossFit content than CrossFit itself. Hiller was a cute answer but that’s a kiss ass answer. Miranda has done an ok job but there are others that have done way more than her (Jason Khalipa, Mat Fraser, Tia, Josh Bridges, etc)

Pitching crossfit was a great question, probably the hardest one yet.

    1. CrossFit is taking the most badass physical Olympic events with some added strongman and powerlifting, combining them into one sport and seeing who is the best at all of them.
    2. Saxon Panchik. 2019=9th 2020=21(online) 2021=5th, 2022=11th, 2023= injured. Have not heard a single person talk about him this year as a top 10 talent.
    3. The NSCA. All publicity is good publicity. They tried to tarnish the name and got CrossFit into the mainstream news. This caused millions of eyes to at least know what CrossFit is and many looked it up wondering if it was actually safe or not.

Hoste. Should have been rookie of the year last year.
