I had the opportunity to visit Lake Shrine one time back in 2011 as a guided visit as a SRF member from San Diego Temple. I am a spiritually aware person and love God very much and in my journey I've seen and witnessed many things others haven't felt or realized. I tell you this now to make you more aware this garden sanctuary is beyond blessed the energy flowing from through this video alone offers many blessings to anyone watching it. Anyway, on the day of my visit we were offered an opportunity to go on the house boat. As our group stood at the bank, immediately Paramahansa Yogananda was standing on the house boat. I saw him and I immediately wanted to blurt out Master is there and point at him. But I kept this knowledge-awareness to myself and went inside, he stood behind me for like 30 minutes blessing me and helping me to open deeper energetic parts of self. I have seen him more than a few times since and I feel his love even know as I type this. Since, that time I've been initiated into Kriya Yoga two separate times, later by Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath and I feel very blessed and lucky to have been drawn to this path. My journey has offered me glimpses of many great saints in body and in spirit and even Lord Christ. I tell you this because my journey is your journey and everything that I've seen-experienced by anyone given the effort, love and devotion to God. The greatest knowledge I can share with you is seek God in earnest, don't settle for Church entertain 1 day a week or on holidays. God is waiting for you to turn your gaze and heart towards him. Become a member of Self Realization Fellowship, seek the path of the Masters as they will surely accelerate your spiritual journey and bring you home to God.
mike what can i do to deepen my meditations... i practice the hong sau technique now and i am practicing sahaja yoga intoduced by her holiness shri mataji nirmala devi...but i have a great admiration of/Yogananda..i want to be just like him someday...Mike M.

I felt as if I have been steered through the paradise on earth in a mobile unit. I remember going to this place when i was around 15 or 16 in 2011 im now 29 sadly im not doing well psychologically also sad to know the world is detremented mentally as well thus sending me into HIDING.I plan on buying a private remote tropical desert island to spend the rest of my life in, hiding till I die which totally saddens me but It is what it is BAD

I remember walking those pathways, what a blessing. If Spirit is brought fully into the world all the world could be like this.
I lived vary near SRF for over 25 years and must say it was the only place in LA that I felt totally safe, wow do I miss this place.
