What a fantastic vlog. I live in Scotland and have 4 grandchildren all around Granite & Cedars age or older than Granite and 2 younger than Cedar but older than Forrest, I love the kids names and the fun for me was watching them play with their cousins, their toys but the sheer joy on their faces is always a big winner even after 51hrs plus of travel. I have done that kind of travel before but not with 3 kids in tow, your 3 wonderful kids are a credit to you both Kelly & Jonathan @bagspackedfamily

Oh yes, it’s a little different. We are on the Australian summer break for December - January. We get 5 weeks for Australian summer and 5 weeks for US summer, then 2 weeks for Spring break and 2 for fall break.
Happy Xmas and new years..lol..lol. Makes me so happy to watch a happy family together with love and fun 😢😅 with my depression Makes me cry and I'm 42 year old man .....keep haveing fun..and makeing cool new videos to show the world i hope you go to other countries this year...🎉🎉
Or in stead if splitting the time to have more time with each family do one visit just with her family. Next visit instead of going to her mom place go to his family place

I didn’t realize you had family in Indianapolis. I was born and raised on the south side of Indianapolis but now live in SW Indiana for the past 5 years. Most of our family is still in the Indianapolis area. 😊🎄
The longest i've been on the road is about 20 hours, so i don't think i can survive a 51 hour journey 😅 but i'm sure having good times in holiday with family is worth even the longest trip

Then I got older and less tolerant of the cold weather, so I moved to South Florida and traded it all in for sun, sea, and palm trees!! That’s a great question. When we’re back in the USA, it’s mostly vacation mode. It will be interesting to see how they react when we are in our Alaska house for longer periods of time.

Good question. For some reason, most airlines fly West instead of East when we look for trips back to ORD. When we fly to Alaska, it will definitely be East.

Seems the kids enjoy travelling more than school LoL. Making the other kids jealous. 😛. Next time, you ought to try travelling to China with your family too. Many Americans that been there say they love Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Guilin, Xian, Xiamen, Hainan, Yunnan, Kunming, Chongqing, Hangzhou. You can watch videos like Americans in China and look at how surprised and entertaining it is. Just a thought for you and your family to try something different. If you go to Great Wall I have to warn you it's a very tiring walk!!!! And Japan is nice too, I prefer Osaka than Tokyo. And Kyoto is more traditional. But yeah, it's quite expensive. Anyways enjoy your time back in America 😁
