also you mentioned trichotillamania, which you went through in high school...
i am currently going through it (have been for the past 5-6 years) and idk how to stop and idek why its happening.. i have heard that it might be trich but being indian my parents think that such types of things dont exist and refuse to look into it... my eyebrows and eyelashes are very sparse, anyways, if you feel comfortable sharing your experience and how you stopped, what helped you, that would be really helpful..

Doing nothing is honestly the best 😂. My best friend always thinks I'm strange because my favourite thing ever to do, is just to lie on the floor and stare at the ceiling. It's just so relaxing. If there's one thing I had to choose to do for the rest of my life, it would be to lie on the floor and stare at the ceiling 😂😅 Am I weird for doing this??
I think this is awesome for you. There aren’t many people being able just doing nothing. Most people always have the feeling to be on the phone as relaxing bc they are scared letting their thoughts to be free
