Who ever has that problem where the atv starts full throttle, unscrew the throttle cable from the carb, and the barrel that goes in it, screw it in clockwise until the barrel drops and you can't see it, you seeing the top of the barrel doesn't count just make sure it's in all the way
Does anyone have a close up video, pictures or diagram of which hose goes from petcock to carb? Took mine off and forgot to get photo before and can’t remember which hose connects where on petcock and carb. Checked service manual and it doesn’t show connections.
Hey i just buy one like it and m not sure if. Need to mix my gas with 2 cycle oil on this? Or i just put straigrh gas in it??? And also it will cut off if i close the choke? Any ideas???

My 87 only had an idle screw. But it was clogged with dirt from a torn boot gone un noticed for years. I replaced it with a cheap carb from eBay. Its an exact clone of the stock mikuni but it has the air screw and runs perfect. Only needed slight adjusting
Hey do you think you could send me a fuel line configuration or explain it to me. my just flooded the case last time ive tried and I just let it set after draining about to try again.
use premix and empty to oil injector tank its better to mix than take the chance of running it dry. you can leave it all attached I don't trust mine or any injectors for oil. id rather be safe than sorry I need a new topend.
Alright, So one should be capped off its a vacume line, The line in the back is the vaccum line the line that is directly under the shutoff lever is the one that should run to the carb
More than likely your throttle slide is in wrong, it should go all the way down in there, The throttle slide cable has a slot that some people mistake as where the idle mix screw is supposed to be just keep moving it in different positions until it goes all the way down

Ssme here! I only know the big brass one is fuel and the small brass one is oil. Not sure about the other two though.

When taking that fuel line off. You should of kept the hose on and put a link in the hose that way it will stop

Check the reed valves. Mine did too. Easy fix
