Honestly....when GH brought back Jagger, I was very skeptical, but after this past few months, I am a fan....great job Adam! You have made this character your own, have great chemistry with fellow characters, and have made your place on GH! I can't wait to see what develops...Jagger...Jason...Carly...maybe even Lois? Loved this DD episode...Steve & Bradford...YOU 2 ROCK!! ❤

One thing for sure, daytime actors don’t get the credit for their performances and their work in general because they are not in the same class as other actors. I’ve always heard it’s much harder to be a daytime actor and it makes sense when you listen to them speak like they did today. So kudos to everyone!!! 👏👏👏
Jagger was never one of my favorite characters years ago. But with Adam in the role I’m totally hooked and a complete fan of the character and the actor.
I love this John Jagger Cates. He isn't a recast in my view, he's a legacy character who has come back as a changed man, and it's working!

@lucillechilds9767 I remember when One Life to live cast Mia Korf to play Blair Daimler Buchanan, she played the character from 1991 thru 1993. She was then was replaced when she left for Broadway. Kassie DePaiva definitely made the role her own from 1993 thru 2023. She still pops up on General Hospital every once in a while. ✌️💜
The character isn't new. However, the writers TOTALLY failed in doing their homework regarding the original character. He wasn't blue eyed, blonde hair! Stone and his brother, Jagger had dark hair, dark eyes and mediumim olive skin!! It's an insult to the old school GH viewers who know the original character. It's like recasting Anna or Sam with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Sshhhh!🤫It’s their choice and they could do that.

Adam was amazing in his early scene in the gym with Sonny and that's when I was sold on him. Even today, the look in his eye when he was talking with Lois/Rena, he really seemed like he was talking to an old friend.
What a small world about Dominic Z and Adam being from the same place and that their dads know each other!

Hard to hate a character that is good looking 😊. Jason will have to get rid of him!! GH just keeps getting better. After they brought heart throb back Steve it got better then adding good looking character hard to hate... Great Job GH!!!
I watch old episodes of GH all the time. Especially Jason Quatermaine Morgan Steve Burton has always maintained a high level of acting . Keeps you watching his story I have since I was young !!!
Same I like the early 2000’s Emily and Nicholas storyline. Old episodes are so good, but I’m feeling the magic again. Not sure if it’s with Steve’s return or the writing. Love that so many of the old cast remain, this show still holds up I love it!

Thumbs up for Adam; waaaaay down to pairing him with Carly. Just no. She ruins every male character for me. Ultimately they become her lapdog and wind up sneering and snarling at the same "people" she does which in turn makes me detest them as much as I do her. I'm hoping they pair him with Lois, or even Nina.
Maybe Det. Cates can storm into Drew’s office to demand a report on Jason and then take a look at the situation and drag him from underneath his desk and off of Nina.😂😮😅

I have a statement and a serious question to Steve and Bradford. I'm a 78year old woman who would love to rid myself of "me", my ego. Would that be something that may make me a good actress? Ruth Gorden became an awesome, successful actress at the age of I think 59. I would love to know or see if I could act, it sounds like so much fun. To get out of myself and be someone else almost sounds like heaven to me. One might say, well you need talent. Define talent. On another note, this was one of your best interviews. I will never look at this actor the same again, I've gained a new respect for him.

My son has been your fan Steve, He knew whe you were. Final fantasy is his favorite game. He played all through high school and 6 years in the Army and has a big tattoo on his chest. Now doing his Gi bill. But he heard you talking on GH and recognized your voice about 2017 when he got out of the Army ! He told me you were Cloud. He is going to school for I T making games. He graduates next year. But your His favorite character , and you and Laura are my fave on GH. We own the final fantasy movies. And games! Or He does. You are a really good actor in our home, he has even watched Gh with me when he would hear your voice. He is 30 years old now. He will never grow out of it. 😂❤

What a great interview with Adam J Harrington. I have enjoyed his work since I saw him on Supernatural = loved him as Bartholomew. He is such a great actor and this interview shows what a really nice person he is as well. I enjoyed the old days of Jagger, Karen, Jason, etc but I am also enjoying Adam's take on the character. It is very different but so fun to watch. I cannot wait to see how all this is going to play out. Thanks for this wonderful interview!!
