Messiah of Evil is such a creepy classic!!! The 70's vibe definitely added some feel to the eerie story. I have it in one collection of old horror movies dvd and it is one of my favorites.

I applied for being a Messiah. Turns out the pay sucks and in the end, everyone betrays you. So now I work as a street sweeper in Moscow, again the money is terrible but the Russian women are lovely in their summer clothes.
Wow, *this* flick. CF is getting gutsy! Though I anticipate it will have to be the edited/censored version (I've only seen the uncensored version) due to "guidelines constraints". None-the-less, a *great choice* , and very much a "Tangella movie". Also, considering the focus on "paintings on the walls", a Blue Ghostie movie, so I hope she makes a comeback for this CF episode (it simply "makes sense!"). To the Young'Uns in the audience, please judge the film on the contents of its character, not the limitations of special effects imposed upon it for its time of production, and if some things make no sense RE editing, please accept that CF must likely be airing the censored version as I mentioned above. And metaphorically speaking, yes, there *shall* be "skidmarks".
Catching up on missed episodes today. Great movie, great guest, and I love the thing you're doing with commercials. The Cleo Awards aren't on anymore and there are so many clever advertisements these days!
The 21st century needs horror TV hosts like a Vincent tangella and Livingston as well as the dudes from New Castle after dark that's another horror program that I watch on RUclips

The Messiah's disciples bothered saving her but not Thom from the waves? Since they wanted word of them to get out, which he could help to spread, why would they let him drown?
They shot the scences for this movie, then it died before it hit the editing room. Then a Frenchman bought the film and edited it. THAT is why this film exists. Funny, those French.
This movie's surprisingly good! And I don't blame them for trying to ride the Living Dead coattails, because I think it could fit that series as a sort of side story or prequel.

The production value of Creatures Features is top notch! Editing, costumes, animation, decor, everything is awesome.
This is one that gets better the more you watch it. Plus the commentary on the Code Red blu ray is REALLY good.
