Was looking forward to this, always thought the YS3 got shafted in a sense because of how it was released early in the year and got totally smothered by the 20+ other Moyu releases last year.
Either that’s a keychain cube and that iPad is really an iPhone or you just got Andre the giant hands
One thing I noticed that the compression system is blue one, for the original ys3 it had the tighter purple adjustment and lot of people did not like that.
Yes, I even swapped the purple ones with the blue ones from my RS3M 2020.

What is the difference for tensioning between the clicky clacky one vs the screw?
The clicky one is how high the pull is by bringing either magnets closer together or springs.
The screw is the depth of the center piece and how far the cube can flex.
How would you compare it to last year’s ys3m? What are the main differences, if you can notice any?
Can you compare the length of the corner to core magnets in this cube to the original ys3m? I noticed that they're a bit shorter in the 20 magnet ballcore version of the wrm v9 than in the original version, and I'm curious to see if the same is true with the ys3m

Just as a curiosity: for those of us that are really struggling with stronger magnets cubes, and the original YS3m for me was definitely a bit too much, would you say this has eased a bit overall or it's still in the same ballpark than the original?
It feels about the same. They lowered the strength of the corners but have added strength from the edges.
What 20 magnet version is better, super weilong, wrm v9, or this one?
The super and v9 are very similar and both better than the ys3m imo, obviously though the super is extortionately priced :(
@ErikBromley maybe, but this cube has different default settings. Now I think they have different sizes and weight.
