It's crazy you can watch a hundred videos on here and then come across one video that's more informative and helpful than all the 100 other videos you've watched. Thank you for making this

    Love this.
I’ve seen so many videos of ranchers stressing out and endangering ranch hands and livestock by pushing them through alleys and chutes maybe once a year. And the whole time everyone is yelling and don’t know what to do. The animals are scared and stressed because they aren’t used to being loaded in a trailer or going through the chute. Some of them it’s their first time. They don’t respond to their names because no one taught them their name. And then animals and people get hurt. Seen several where cattle lost horns or jumped the fencing and wouldn’t go near the gates again.
Not only is this traumatic, stressful, and dangerous for the animals at the time but when something bad happens in the future they are hard to get round up and taken care of. Birthing problems, open wounds, and hoof issues, become that much harder to treat when you can’t even get the animal to a safe place to examine and treat them.
I’ve never seen anyone train livestock for handling and it frustrates me to no end. Seeing the longhorns go through the trailer without signs of stress or fear is amazing and should be the norm.

Loved the video. I have rodeo cattle. Raise baby bucking bulls. I do alot of training and people cannot believe they act like they do when you treat them with kindness.

Thank you so much for this very helpful video! We are also in the process of designing our working corral setup and this video is perfect timing. Can you advise size recommendations for the 2 holding pens? thank you!
