The TDSK Tomsk House Building has already successfully used two pallet circulation lines, a foundation pile production, a bucket conveyor system and a different magnetic formwork from Weckenmann, so they made the decision to choose Weckenmann again as a best supplier.
TDSK is the largest and main producer of apartments in the city of Tomsk in Siberia, Russian Federation.
The modernization of the plant included the delivery of a new battery formwork together with a new bucket conveyor system, a semi-portal concrete distributor, as well as a complete set of magnet shuttering and recess boxes.

We have similar kind of battery mould from elematic finland. We were facing an issue with concrete surface finish quality. We could see, many large size of blowhole and pinhole. Please suggest us how to avoid such blowholes.
