This is exactly why the phrase "Shut up, Kanami is speaking" came to be. She is providing the lyric Melody with her PRS guitar. Band-Maid has several other instrumentals that you should check out at some point.
This was the first Band-Maid song I ever heard (2 years ago). As a lover of rock instrumentals I instantly fell in love.
You seemed to enjoy that!
Saiki the lead singer has had throat surgery in the past so the band are very careful with her voice. They play 2+ hour sets so to give Saiki a break around mid-set they do three things.
1. Play an instrumental,
2. Miku (rhythm guitar) takes lead vocals for a song or two (she usually has one track per album where she is lead vocalist) and
3. Miku will do her legendary and hilarious "Magic Time" MC set.
Then Saiki comes back on to finish the set. Even though Saiki no longer needs a break nowadays, it's become more of a tradition. So yeah, they have a number of really cool instrumental tracks. Check out the live MV of "Onset" for another instrumental banger!

This video proves beyond a shadow of doubt that Band-Maid is one of the best pure rock bands in the world! How many instrumentals can you say that you didn't zone out at least for a moment during. Every note rivets you to the next. These five (including Saiki, the vocalist) young Japanese females are some of the most talented imusicians on this planet.

Thanks again from Japan有難う💛。 I went to see the special concert by Band-Maid & The Warning on June 12 in Tokyo. Ｉ was in a seat on 2nd floor but in front of the drum set !!!! What a bliss! Paulina and Akane literally and happily competed to see which drummer can break their bass drum first in the joint finale 🤣 The Warning, the opener, performed so powerful that it looked to me that the Maids were fired up to start their turn as a hostess band. It was 150% energetic throughout their performance including that new song "Show Them".
I witnessed "From Now On" performed live four times with this MV quality in Japan and dropped my jaw four times 😲. I believe so did many of American audience in their three US tours in 2022 & 2023. This song has been normally played in the middle of the setlist to give Saiki, lead vocalist, some break. They played this song, however, as opening at festivals and in Guns N' Roses concert in Japan as support to the legendary band. Yeah! they showed off their skills and talents to the audience who knew nothing about the girls in maid outfit on the stage. I felt as if I heard them screaming "Hey guys! Listen to us and open your eyes wide! We are not the persons that you think ! Salute us!" 😄
They have 4 incredible instrumentals that somehow never get old; I don't recall many rock instrumentals like that over the years, what fantastic compositions. Geebus!!
Just one more reason this is the very best band I myself have ever seen and heard.

All of their instrumentals are pure napalm. I love all their songs, but it's in the instrumentals that they really cut loose and you see just how insanely good they are.

We have our fingers crossed for an official video release of "Show Them"! This instrumental song features Kanami "singing" with her PRS! Band-Maid does great instrumental songs, but not to show off, but to insert them into "Servings", as the Maid's call them, to give Saiki a vocal break, along with Omajinai Time and a Miku vocal lead song. "Without Holding Back", "Onset", and "Don't Be Long" are a few more.

Band Maid never disappoints. I love this song. By the way Bridear has a new song out with an album coming in a couple of weeks. The song is called Still Burning you can find it on their channel. It is kick ass.

The Band Maid/The Warning video was a Bootleg. In Japan you are not allowed to record at concerts, they will take your phone/camera away. The video was taken down because it was illegal.
Yes, it's an instrumental, they have several and they are mainly used to give Saiki a break. Have you ever counted the number of words in the average Maid song. Miku always gets her point across.
Thanks for reacting to Band-Maid again (it's been awhile). Wave Potter has a video out on why they are getting copyright strikes on the collaboration song, it has to do with the way it's released, the only way they could block it was with the strike. You might want to challenge that.
Luckily, I haven't been given one... yet. Haha. The clip I have is just that 34 sec video. I'll be patient and, hopefully they'll allow the release of the video.

@@TRMReacts62812it's the "fan cam" full song that's getting the copyright strike. Apparently it was mistakenly put on Instagram by a staff member of The Warning (not on their official Instagram account). The song is great, but the recording quality is not. Pony Canyon (Band-Maid's record label) issued copyright strikes against the cam version as it was their only means of forcing an immediate takedown. The 30 second version was on the official social media accounts of both bands and should be fine to react to.
If you like instrumentals look for the OMV, 'Without Holding Back' on the Instrumental Maid Channel. There's also 'Onset' LIVE.

Kanami does that ey ... grabs your attention on the first note and stops you in your tracks until the last note. She's a genius.
Side note ; RUclips used to block my comments when I ever mentioned "That other site" , so yeah, I probably wouldn't go promotin that. I absolutely love The Warning and it seems most TW fans also love Band Maid? We're told this is one of their best songs? It's either very complex or a complete shambles. Apart from the rather nice bass solo, it's completely unwatchable. Sorry to run against the grain.
