As article 4 say you don’t need to forge an amendement for article 2 and 3 so every time india took a international state like gao, sikkim, dadar haveli india came with an fresh amendment please 🙏 give me satifactory answer and i am a biggest supporter of you channel
Being a soveriegn state India🇮🇳 can acquire foreign territories according to the modes recognised by international law that is ------through treaty, gift, lease or plebiscite etc. Art. 2 grants two power to parliament
1- the power to admit into the Union of India new states
2-- the power to establish new states.....

altering the name is article3, article 4 says that this is not an amendment under article 368
Art 4 says that whatever come under art. 2 and 3are not to be considered as constitutional amendment uh can passed it by simple majority
