I'm 15 and if I use a 10 percent niacinamide serum is it harmful for skin
If your skin is doing good, then I can not really comment. However, as a 15-year-old, I myself would never use 10% niacinamide because the high concentration of niacinamide can severely irritate the skin. If you want more advice, I would suggest seeing a dermatologist.
