I'M MOVING TO FLORIDA!? Disney Cultural Exchange Program Application and Interview Process

I am so excited to share that I am going to be a Cast Member at Walt Disney World in Orlando this summer, as part of Disney's Cultural Exchange Program!
I filmed my whole application process, from sending off my CV and cover note, to my pre-screen interview, to my final interview, to acceptance, and every little email and update in between!
Hopefully this will be helpful to anyone looking to apply in the future, and interesting to anyone wondering how a UK university student can work in Florida for Mickey Mouse!

Hey, do you think interviews for 2025 will be this September aswell?

it's so hard to predict, as our pre-screens were in July and final interviews were in December, but last year the final interviews were in November and previously they've been even earlier! you will always be able to choose your interview date/time from a few days of interviews when they do announce it, if you're worried about the timing of it 😊
