I love how Kara puts so much work and effort to help us make origami. She figures out how to make it, makes us a template, and then explains step by step how to make it. She does all the hard stuff so we don’t have to, and that’s amazing. Thanks Kara!

Hi Kara 👋! I made the Yoshimoto Cube #1 and it only took 2 days! It ripped a little and my sister sat on it (kinda), but I liked the end result! Thanks for making these videos for us! 🙏
It’s hard but if you score the lines then it will be easy. BTW, I spent the WHOLE afternoon till night on making this. I finished the rest on the next day.

I saw her make a tik tok, and it got into my recommended on yt. She made a infinity cube that apparantly defied the laws of physics. Well, what happened was that she took the infinity cube into 2, then took out the core piece. You can make a full cube because you removed the core. The cores of the cubes added up to what held them, making a whole new cube. (They could be in there becuase of their shape)
I am making one as we speak and I’m like a hour in and I’m still in the same step this takes so long but it’s so worth it my appreciation goes out to you

how do you add the colorful accents on the cube? do you cut out little triangles and glue them to each side? im talking about the right one at 0:22. Thank you so much!
@@user-ti2cl2yn3p if you make two sides of the cube then they do fit together. But if you make two finished models with two sides each model then they don’t fit together.

2 months ago i wanted to make this and i looked it up and now i can finally make a decent yoshimoto cube
just finished the first half it took me 3 nights and i messed up on one part but i love it cant wait to do second half tomorrow

note : u dont need to use a dead pen to score the lines, the ink makes it soft & if u fold neatly it creases on the line.
