Since I don't see any other comments mentioning it, RIP la belle chanteuse, happy to have been blessed with such a beautiful legacy of music and that she reached the age of 80 ❤
1962: This performance predates her fame. The song written by Hardy and was later rearranged with Roger Samyn and released on her first LP "Francoise Hardy". Of the 12 songs on that LP, Hardy wrote all the songs except two. Other songs by Hardy on her first LP: Tous les garcons et les filles; Ton meilleur ami; J'suis d'accord.
This is one of those songs where I think the live version is superior to the album recording. I like this one so much more. She is mesmerizing in the clip. I can understand why Bob Dylan was crazy about her.
I don't like Joan Baez's voice at all and so I don't think that you should compare her to someone who isn't a good singer. Francoise Hardy has a gorgeous voice.
Rest in peace, princess
Bonjour que du Bonheur d écouter cette magnifique chanson de Françoise..

Tem gente que ainda não sabe que a nossa querida Françoise Hardy se foi não sei porquê!
This version is amazing. I always like the album version, but this one is far more artistic. I am so happy this video exists.
Me too ❤
i honestly do not think she had a bad song. all of it is really good. and she is just so beautiful.
Ethereal, subtle, haunting. Just like others said on here, I also prefer this version over the studio one. Beautiful voice and beautiful woman.
This was 50 years ago !!!...and I have loved Françoise ever since...
50 years ago...I can't believe it ...:)
One of the best things I've ever seen ❤

Elle était très jeune dans ce document, c'était sa première télé et cependant elle avait déjà de la présence et du talent
+Lorenzo Sabato rien à voir avec la star ac ou il faut " gueuler " pour être convaincant !

I agree, she was really awesome, as shy as goddess, and this song is really better in this version, with a beautiful "gipsy" rithm guitar. Fantastic!
She's a goddess so so good ❤
Elle est très Jolie!

As a friend's mother once said, if you have to use the word "class" you don't have any! LMAO!
This is the true and beautiful "yeye"......
Yes this is from her first TV appearance.
i hope some women in the audience were inspired to go out and make their own music.
It's haunting and stays with you ❤

Why do people insist on using the word "class" to describe someone who transcends such a silly system of categorizing?
