It was a call, the only hands that gives her no equity are AQ with an A of hearts AA (with a heart and KK with a heart), but AA and KK makes no sense because those hands go all in preflop. And AQ off makes no sense because of the 4-raise. So it was as she said AK with and A of hearts.
