Little tip at 10:30: instead of typing out the command again, you can just press the up arrow key to bring back the last used command. This really saves time in typing long commands. The only other thing you would need to do is to quickly change the _a to _b

Yes...magisk file is same...step are same ..only you have to flash TWRP for oneplus 8T...the file in description doesn't work...it may brick ur device...
