Disability discrimination: Principal Hotel, York, discriminate against wheelchair users.

Every time I attempt to access this hotel, I face the same problems:
:- inability to get through the revolving door
:- the ancient and decrepit wheelchair lift refusing to budge
:- inability to contact staff to assist.
Their commitment to "hospitality" evidently doesn't extend to disableds.
