Volvo 5252t 2.5 tdi engine completely stripped down and re built by federation of engine rebuilders/ race ,ARL bolts ,spatter bearings ,skimmed block ,skimmed head ,piston rings matched to exact tolerances for each size ,ground valves, ported head ,Engine had done 100,000 miles (best ) loose but with new parts high compression ,Bosch injectors with .250 high flow nozzles, Egr delete, cat delete, MAF delete (programmed out ) air box delete,100 mm air induction all the way to the turbo, High flow cone filter, Wing scoop ram air ,22/60 v Garrett hybrid turbo (1 off never seen another for sale since )water cooled turbo braided water/oil pipes, turbo separate water res so not at 90* like normal rad ,radiator for turbo cooling + res , Radiator for cooling the fuel,63 mm alloy welded pipes for the intercooler, Ferrari swell pipes to connect pipes to intercooler ,Constant velocity clamps to hold joint together,600 BHP intercooler, Front splitter forced air for intercooler ,Handmade cone shaped inlet manifold with 5 trumpet inside and an air chamber as big as possible 3 X size of AXG (highest powered one ) took a month to design and make ,4 bar map sensor , Battery removed and put in back as no space left ,Exhaust manifold made from a 6 m length of pipe lobster cut into runners to F1 spec 1 mm +/- in length and welded together ,2 high performance race fans on the outside of water rad ( more space inside engine bay), and a 3" stainless steel exhaust 600 mm long through the bonnet .
@@t4stallion366 wow, lot's of mods done! Are maim bearings supports stock or new cnc machined installed instead? Seems that has capacity for more than 300hp. What's clutch inside? Building a new engine now with block brace ,better pistons ,rods, bigger injectors,bigger turbo . Aiming for 400+ now . Clutch is a 7 paddle ceramic SMF with double diaphragm .Good for 1000 NM (I HOPE )
Really nice! You have a custom ECU or you just have a programm or something you can change the oem ecu? Would be nice to know that! I own a T3 some years ago and there you just could do mechanic tuning on fuel management on the diesel engines and it was so easy to adjust but now on my new t4 2.5 tdi i have no idea how to.
I have a custom oem ecu .Any ecu with the same numbers will do . Leave your one standard to be safe and buy spare for programming ,then wipe it clean and i put a AXG (150 bhp) map on it . Then i tuned it to suit my turbo and injectors Fuel map etc. :)

Please tell me how I can get that power out of mine. I have an induction kit, large injectors fromth bt he v70 2.5D and I have had a stage 1 map.
He has changed literally anything around and inside the engine.
That much power is not achievable with some simple mods
You must get through some washer fluid!

Hahaha! that is NOT 258hp/520Nm in my eyes! I have a bmw 123d twin turbo, smaller car of cause, would do circles around this one with just a ST1!
