Well what Evers happened is in the past now just focus on getting better slowly one step at a time and remember consistency is the key. Just walk to the next house if that's all you can do then each day go to the next house on your street but progress gradually. Best wishes Eren.

I just quit taking one medication that was causing me some pretty nasty side effects; shortness of breath, changes to the electrical impulses in your heart, scary stuff. I probably wouldn't have taken that med had I read the side effects list first. Oh, well.
