Vineet: You should do stories on banding, black patch issues on 4k LED TVs. Also expose retainers and vendors who sell "display units" with defective screens. You should also do a story on how to detect banding, black patches, and other issues when a new TV is delivered, to understand if it should be rejected then and there.
Thanks for the thorough true view. A friend of mine purchased the 43A6GE model of Hisense 2 years ago, but it had panel issues twice, requiring a full replacement within the last two years. Fortunately, it was covered under the extended warranty, so there were no costs for the replacements. However, it raises the question: is it worth experimenting with such emerging low-cost brands that may only last a few years, not even two years in his case? What happens when the warranty expires and similar issues arise, will it not become an expensive deal?

I purchased Hisense TV in back 2021. Recently my TV stopped working but it was in under panel warranty. As there is no service center available in India, so called their customer care team and send multiple mail. They have sent some technicians at my place to gather info about issue. Believe it or not after 3 weeks they replace my whole TV unit completely free of cost as it is not repairable. So if your TV under warranty then it is OK. But after warranty it is not repairable. As per my opinion go for branded TVs, they are the best if some issue came at least they are repairable otherwise you have to spent money to buy new one.
No. I don't agree. i had sony tv and it stopped working on 14th month. And the brand asked for 22000 for repair.
Samsung failed to repair my tv ,they provided me, discount coupon to purchase another Samsung tv
As I go through repair centers they told me it is easier to repair branded TV and their parts are available. But tier 1 cities and authorized dealers always have an good option.
no branded TV repairs displays for cheap bro, you'll have to pay 50~60% of the TV price for panel replacement for repair even for brands like Sony.
