The graphic settings do help frame rate and consistency for what you see on pc, obviously everyone's aim is different but helping people with display and graphic settings is a huge help.

Small tipp for you: Always pick higher dpi and then lower your ingame mouse setting!! Dpi = dots per inches, means looking very closely on the mouse frame by frame, it skips dots when its lower. The higher your dpi, the more fluent and accurate your mouse gets
Try shadows on medium, it will spare you frames and you can still see the player shadows just at lower detail. Shading medium, Also texture quality on high with anisotropic 8x filtering seems to look good** without hurting fps. Everything else in the settings u showed is good

thanks for talking about it. One funny thing I mentioned is that, the sight isnt the same turquoise as the turquoise in the menu. It might even be exactly green. Or Im just disabled idk.
