Building off the impressive design and capability of the new 2021 Ford Bronco with its on the 4-corner coilover design, the team at Zone Offroad are offering a 2" lift solution designed for the base model (Does NOT work with Sasquatch or Badlands Models) Broncos. These new 2" lift kits are lift and level the stance eliminating the factory nose-low rake and allowing clearance for up to 35" tires. This new kit is designed to take advantage of the impressive travel on the new Bronco utilizing top mounted strut spacers to raise the stance without sacrificing ride quality or overall driveability. The spacers are built from heavy duty semi-aromatic glass-fiber reinforced nylon resin design, offering strength and a clean OE appearance once installed. These paired with the longer replacement hardware and step-by-step instructions allow you to bolt-on this 2" lift kit within a few hours. Give your Bronco a boost with Zone Offroad.
That bumper setup is gorgeous
looks great! what is the wheel offset?
BTW, I did look for the bumper at Zone Offroad, I don't see anything on their website.
I just order a 2” for my 37s!
Should I go this kit or the rough country?
What spare tire mount did you use ?
Looks awesome
How much will a lift like this set me back?
Where are the bumpers from?
When is your 3” lift for Sasquatch Bronco going to be back in stock? Taking forever.
I believe it's in stock right now! I'm bummed they don't offer a 3" spacer/UCA lift for the non squatch! Have to buy a 4" and I just don't know if I feel comfortable do a 4" spacer lift. I know they're doing a 2" spacer lift in this vid with UCA's and it looks pretty sweet but did they regret it? Kenny?
Did you guys have to remove the front and rear crash bars for the front tires ?
I bet they did
Who is that bumper?? I'm looking for bumpers that have the wench sitting low. Any info on the bumper would be helpful.
The bumper is a prototype from Hauk Designs, nothing available for purchase quite yet
Are those tires 37x12.50 or 13.50 ??
37x12.5r17
I have a 2021 Ford Bronco Wildtrack on order, question with the sasquatch package will it handle 37's? Or does it need to be lifted more?
We've fit 37s on Broncos (with Sasq package) with as little as 1" over stock (kit #F1102), however it will be dependent on the wheel/tire width and backspacing as to how well they fit/clear. We have additional taller kits in the works for the Sasq. equipped Broncos that will be available soon
@@ZONEoffroadproducts Any idea If they will work with the stock Sasquatch rims? Basically a 37x12.5 tire on the stock Sasquatch rims.
I still keep asking no answer....it's a 2.3 manual transmission base.....it's not built for 37s... how's my 2.3 gonna turn those monsters
Gear ratio on the BD is 4.46. Would not recommend on non SAS Base or Big Bend, But it should be fine on BD.
Do you know if those are 17x9 or 18x9 wheels? I can't find this build on his page.
17x9 Raceline Defender (5" BS)
@@ZONEoffroadproducts What is the offset?
@@ZONEoffroadproducts Is the 5" BS the same as an offset? Want this exact set-up and got my Bronco yesterday
Tell us about that spare, the spare hanger, the bumpers. I'm hoping someone comes up with a fold down tailgate to rear bumper assembly, along with the spare tire hanger.
Good info to show off a new setup... BUT ... they didn't even show the 1" spacer for the rear????
The bumpers on this Bronco are prototypes from Hauk Designs. We have some additional coverage on them in a live walkaround of the Bronco that we shot on Facebook Live. Check it out at blog.zoneoffroad.com/hauk-designs-ford-bronco-build/
@@deal492 Rear is a simple, not much to show and this wasn't intended as a step-by-step installation guide. Remove the fender liner, remove the 3 bolts on the top of the strut, remove the lower bolt to remove strut from vehicle. Bolt on the spacer on and reinstall it back. We have specific torque specs and more detail in the F1220 install guide.
Aren’t this spacers made of plastic?
Technically they're made of a semi-aromatic glass fiber reinforced nylon resin (not plastic). The material is capable of more than 50,000lb load capacity so they offer strength and durability.
Any rubbing with the 37s? What offset and how wide is the rim?
17x9 Raceline Defender (5" BS). While the 37s are slightly larger than we spec for just the 2" lift, the aftermarket bumper dos help with clearance. This setup id not rub for everyday use, but under hard compression offroad with the wheels turned there was some minor rubbing with this setup
@@ZONEoffroadproducts any chance yall gonna do a full video on this lift for us newbies...
Did y’all have issues with rubbing in the rear or the front?
2:35 y’all forgot to reinstall the grabber handle! Lol
Its an R&D vehicle, those parts were off getting 3D scanned to build out of billet aluminum along with the front guides.
Why are the lift kits so low for the Bronco? Where is the 6 inch lift?
A few reasons, first and foremost the Broncos a new vehicle so majority of the lift options are going to be lower (1-4" range) initially as they're quicker to bring to market than a complete IFS lift system. We plan to offer up to 6" lift heights in the future with clearance for 38-40s. Additionally, these new Broncos don't require much lift to fit larger tires, in this case its 2" to fit 37s which is a great low-slung option for many customers wanting to keep center of gravity low.
Great info. Thanks guys. 👍
Don't waste money unless your very rich, or you will be broke !
What A arm from BDS did you use?
This is a pre-production UCA from our sister company BDS, they'll have it released and available for purchase in the coming weeks. We are also working on a Zone UCA kit for the Broncos that will be available Oct-Nov timeframe.
@@ZONEoffroadproducts awesome. I've had 3 BDS suspension lifts on JK's since 2008. Never done me wrong
Correction, my first was a BDS on a 97 TJ my first lift ever, then two Zone coil over suspension lifts after I heard you two were partners. I'm excited to see what you guys come out with in a coil over.
