I do not agree with either method of your sewing the jeans hem. How can 6K people agree with it? They don't know what they're in for. You have too much bulk on the inside of the lower legs. That will not only bulge out but feel very uncomfortable wearing and walking in. You must cut the bulk inside off and serge it. I have cut jean hems off and resewed hems on them and they still looked professional. You're teaching this wrong young lady.
