I haven't used these masks before but the mediheal masks in general are amazing. They stick so well to the face and doesn't leave a sticky residue afterwards ❤️❤️
One thing I found perplexing is how limited Korean skincare is in Tokyo. I looked EVERYWHERE for certain brands and they just weren't to be found, not even in Shin Okubo (aka: Koreatown). I am astonished, still, to reflect on this. I would have thought Tokyo would have had almost all the big brands and 'viral' product lines but it's not the case at all. Is anybody else as baffled and disappointed as I am?! I don't mind buying things online but it's nice to see things in the retail environment too. Some brands and products-- the really BIG ones you see all over RUclips-- left staff in Shin Okubo cosmetics stores totally perplexed as they hadn't even heard of them. Weeeeeeeiirrrd.
I think it’s to protect their own brands. My friend told me she can’t send Clinique products to her sister in Japan even though they are birthday gifts. Clinique is available in Japan and the government wants their residents to shop and boost the economy.

Thank you so much 🥰 I usually use it at night so I don’t wash it off. However if I’m putting it on in the day, after I remove the mask, I’ll pat the serum in and leave it on for 30 mins - 1 hour and only wash off to do my regular skin routine before I leave the house.

I realised that too! And in Korea, while you can find Japanese products, they are way more expensive than what you pay for in Japan.

Yes I do that :) I will put a hyaluronic hydrating sheet mask after putting retinol. This prevents the skin from drying out.
