The first anime had some good things about it. Victoria's characterization was better. Incognito actually inspired Kouta Hirano to create Zorin Blitz. Alucard having levels of transformation unlocked via Integra's orders also came from there. And Hirano loved how Alucard cocks his guns with his teeth.
