Try Halal meat it's much tastier & you can cook it by adding a mixture of fresh garlic paste, little ginger paste (half of garlic paste),red chilli powder,salt, black pepper powder,1 teaspoon black vinegar,a little yoghurt, few drops of lemon juice,a small pinch of cumin powder,a small pinch of coriander powder,1 teaspoon all purpose flour,mix it & set it aside for half an hour & then shallow fry it in a flat pan & add 3 spoons of water when the meat is halfway cooked followed with 2 minutes fry of sliced onions & tomatoes.Serve it with rice, kimchi,fresh cucumbers & lemon or French fries, garlic mayonnaise & tortillas. Don't use sugar, stevia or honey as it will spoil the taste. Now that's a meal set you'll not forget. Thank me later after trying it.
