- It's been 3 months since we have been open at Cornudas, Texas. This was August 10th where we had our first large event at the property, the Backyard Barbecue. Challenges persist as we continue to try and scale the business, open short term rentals, supply our gift shop, and so much more!
Wow dude it really looks good, the improvements are excellent, loving the old town vibe, a suggestion on the menu, keep it small, a menu can overwhelm a restaurant have staple items then change up 1 or 2 items a month, homemade cookies - perfect, might add muffins, come up with a unique dish or item, I hope to visit soon, keep up the good work.
I saw the very first video when you first bought the place and then today this one popped up. So nice to see you are doing so well! I'll go back, when I have some time, and see your progression. Great job, good luck (not that you need it!)

Very impressive my friend! You should try selling deep fried hot dogs - they are 10 times better deep fried and much quicker to cook from scratch for your patrons

Spray the heck out out that tank leak with flex seal until you can remedy it ! Apply several coats !

Incredible how you plan to make this place an entertaining stop. I am in the El Paso area. I will just ask you one thing, if you can, keep this place with the least light pollution as possible, the Cornudas area is the closest one to El Paso to have the least light pollution / lights, which makes it an ideal place for stargazing. Other than that, you made a great achievement.
Plenty of times coming back from Midland, I would have gladly paid $10 a gallon!

Finally tried the BLT and it was the best I have ever had. Might have to change from Philly Cheesesteak to BLT as my go to order.

Man the smokers right by your propane tank it's a accident waiting to happen. Looks great and chocolate chip cookies im in.
Try pool putty to fix the water tank. It will stick to anything and you can push it into the crack to stop the leak and it's cheap
Have you fixed the No Flush Toilet Paper bathroom!
Idea is all filter waste water put around trees = plant more trees = an oasis over time = cooler around the buildings =less air-conditioned costs
What about law enforcement...lot of border riffraft
Keep your menu small and do that well...looks good
Put a concrete pad under water tank..lot of work but works
not have to many option,but have quality food.

The kitchen is fine my dad was in the restaurant business and he worked in smaller kitchens. He had million dollar restaurants.
