Windows Update 0x80070643 Error *FOLLOW ON* In English

For most people the messy fix works... but if it doesn't then try this!
Anyone in high level tech support will be screaming at the screen when watching the messy fix video. Home users won't care provided the update error goes away. Hopefully this is the easiest fix video to follow.
I'll make another video explaining why the fix is messy for anyone interested.
Shout out to @artomontonen3722 for the analysis - their comment is pinned to the main fix video but they deleted the very interesting follow on comment they posted.
Shout out to @adrianandrews2254 for suggesting Disk Genius.
Remember that this is a free fix from some random video that you found on RUclips. If you're not confident or you manage to mess up your drive partitions then you'll need to contact someone local and probably pay them to fix it for you.

Technically it’s a good idea, but home users probably won’t notice anything if they don’t tidy up the messy fix a bit.

The update that causes the error is an update for WinPE… which is a bit ironic.
But this is a follow on for my messy fix - so you’ll need to watch that video first before trying this one.

If the first video works then you don’t have to watch the follow on video.
If you get an error when you restart WinRE or you just want to tidy up the fix then watch the follow on.
