Awesome. This is the type of stuff we were all doing regularly before covid. Having suffered with mental health and issues for the past 2-3 years, seeing all my old friends and faces is a big rush of warm emotion. Just gutted that my return to humanity has come too late to get back in with you guys, but this time next year Rodney.... :) Hilarious some things never change. Posh with a nice shiny ribble, gets his excuses in early :D :D did that post slip ? Did it ? Just at threshold ? Aaaw bad timing ;-) heh great times, great video. Even saw a glimpse of my mallorca vegan holiday plus one, I need to start reaching out again..........

Spandex peddle monkeys is what my car enthusiast neighbor calls these folks. I don't drive, so I don't really care who is using the roads as long as the post gets through. Enjoy your exercise and don't ever let the haters win.
